I am beyond thrilled to have had the opportunity to interview Jean-Philippe Courtois, the Executive VP and President, Global Sales, Marketing & Operations, Microsoft corp. on his approach to "Positive Leadership" and the "Coach-Care Model" to support and motivate teams in a fast paced, quick changing world.  His insights on leadership, collaboration and business are inspiring and informative, and having had the pleasure to spend this time with him I hope you will be as inspired as I by this dynamic, motivating - and yet truly humble - gentleman.
