Season 9 is Guest Season where I learn from inspiring wellbeing experts and advocates, and reflect on their own experiences of resilience and growth.
In this episode Writer and Actor Mark Farrelly talks about acting, self expression and why we need to speak up about men's health.
Mark, is a double first class English graduate from Cambridge, is both author and star of two hit solo plays: The Silence of Snow (The Life of Patrick Hamilton, and Quentin Crisp: Naked Hope). He’s currently developing Howerd’s End exploring the life of legendary comedian Frankie Howerd, as well as Jarman – a portrait of the artist and activist Derek Jarman. Not only does he tackle mental health issues in all his work – but he is a champion and fundraiser for many mental health causes.
